Reactis V2011.3.1

Reactis V2011.3.1 (beta) is now available.

In addition to fixes for a number of issues related to new features in the original V2011.3 release, the following issue was resolved:

Resolved problem where Reactis would not allow you to set a configuration variable of a floating-point type to a negative value (#2150).
