Reactis V2005 Now Available

Falls Church, VA (May 18, 2005) -- Reactive Systems, Inc. (RSI) announced the V2005 release of its Reactis® testing and validation package today. This version of Reactis includes numerous new features and enhancements since the previous major release in December of 2004.

"With support for fixed-point data types and numerous new R14 blocks, Reactis V2005 now handles a very comprehensive portion of the Simulink®/Stateflow® features used for modeling software," said RSI CTO Steve Sims. "A number of customers have noted that Reactis tracks the rapidly changing MathWorks modeling notation better than any third-party tool."

Sims also noted that V2005 incorporates a wide-ranging set of enhancements inspired by user-feedback. "Many new features deal with mundane tasks such as setting the search path and configuring how Reactis invokes MATLAB®, but the net effect is a smoother overall experience for users of Reactis V2005."

More details regarding the V2005 enhancements may be found in the revision history in the Reactis User's Guide.
