Bug: Validator objectives not shown grayed-out when inheriting disabled coverage

If a diagram-type Validator Objective inherits a "disabled" status from its parent, the objective is not shown grayed-out in the hierarchy tree as is done for other systems with disabled coverage. Coverage tracking in the objective IS disabled properly and no targets are highlighted as expected. The problem is the missing visual clue of having the item shown grayed-out in the hierarchy tree. | ||||
