Bug: Negative int64 values incorrectly exported to M file with effective value of zero

When a test suite containing a negative int64 value is exported to an M file, '~' is used for the minus sign of the negative int64 value instead of '-'. '~' performs logical negation so all negative int64 values are the logical value 'false' which is interpreted as zero. | ||||
