Issue 5793

1) If a model contains an Outport, Merge, Initial Condition block that uses a variable defined in its system's local scope (i.e. mask) to set its initial condition AND the system containing this block itself is located within a conditional subsystem then Reactis may produce an "undefined variable" error message during startup.

2) If a Stateflow chart output has an initial value that uses a variable defined in the chart's local scope (i.e. mask) then Reactis may produce an "undefined variable" error message during startup.
