Bug: AUTOSAR import wizard may allow ARXML files to be included more than once

On the first page of the AUTOSAR import wizard, a list of ARXML files is specified by the user. When the user adds an ARXML file to the list, the file should not appear a second time if it is already present in the list. However, this check only works in the case that the first n existing files are being re-added in the same order, for any n > 0. | ||||
