Bug: Excluded-and-monitored MCC targets not properly highlighted immediately after excluding

If a model contains an MCC target that is current covered and the user changes that target's coverage tracking status to "excluded and monitored via assertion", the target does not get highlighted properly after closing the dialog. The highlighting shows up properly after re-running the test suite or disabling and re-enabling coverage highlighting. Coverage reports and coverage summary are not affected.
