Cary, NC (November 18, 2010) -- Reactive Systems, Inc. has entered a distribution agreement with MDS Technology Co., Ltd., an embedded solutions firm based in Seoul, South Korea. For over 15 years, MDS Technology has offered products, consulting, and training for embedded real-time applications to the automotive, aerospace, defense, and mobile industries.

MDS Technology will sell and provide front-line technical support for the Reactis testing and validation package for Simulink/Stateflow models as well as the Reactis for C Plugin. The latter product offers white-box testing of the C code portions of models (S-Functions and Stateflow custom code).

Reactive Systems Director of Asian Operations Michio Morimoto said of the partnership "We are delighted to be entering the cooperative agreement with MDS Technology.
